Paul Bennett is Director-The Henley Partnership, Director-Advanced Management Programme and Client Director, Corporate Learning at Henley Business School.


He is responsible for the strategic leadership of the portfolio of areas he manages and is committed to the delivery, development and implementation of innovative, relevant and impactful learning interventions. Paul utilises his strong experience of client relationship management at senior level and good understanding of the current business environment and management challenges to develop strategic conversations and translate operational and strategic issues into learning initiatives. He is very much at the forefront of learning process innovation and has designed and delivered programmes globally in a variety of learning environments. He brings first hand experience of leading successful teams within sport and organisations to his lecturing portfolio. Following a successful naval career and prior to joining Henley, Paul was Managing Director of an international leadership development consultancy, delivering tailored development solutions across a number of key business sectors.


An accomplished international keynote speaker, Paul’s positive energy, experience, knowledge and sense of fun ensure that the messages he shares during his talks inspire others to action. Paul is a regular columnist and commentator on Leadership and Management subjects in a number of publications. As passionate about his sport as he is about his work Paul has led teams in the most hostile environments imaginable, successfully competing in the world’s most demanding yacht races. Paul continues to work with a wide range of clients including Premier Foods, ABF, Knight Frank, RBS Insurance and Parsons Brinckerhoff.
