Aims
To be the first point of contact for all 3M visitors and handling total facility management for the manufacturing site.
Role
Maintain records of blue coloured work force such as attendance, overtime etc.
Be the point of contact for workforce for matters pertaining to salaries, benefits, accommodation, matters pertaining to work permits, health coverage, emergency control etc.
Provide support for all site based employees related to documentation, translation, legalization etc. pertaining to work or travel.
Oversee work involving planning, organisation and direction of activities related to Office Services such as facility management.
Maintain contractual and custodial agreements for contracted service providers on all office equiment, office lease agreements etc.
Will be the main contact for high level coordination with SAIF ZONE Facility Management
Manage recreational and team building activities at site or off site for staff.
Arrange periodic fire fighting and first aid CPR trainings and conduct quarterly drills.
Requirements
High School Graduate but preference will be given to candidates with some college degree
2-3 years experience in manufacturing or warehouse setup within the region - primarily in Administration area
Facility Management, Front Desk and Administration services exposure in another factory setup would be a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi task
Strong problem solving skills
Professional telephone etiquette
Fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision
