| Aims |
| Manages and evaluates assigned legal project activity. Analyzes and monitors information for assigned projects. Reviews facts and conducts research to resolve data discrepancies and resource conflicts, provides project updates, and determines compliance to policy/regulation. Manages document management databases and systems tools essential for development, tracking and management of legal data records. Leads specific assignments related to Compliance. Provides training and suggests improvements to the current Legal and Compliance systems. Provides assistance to the Head of Legal Affairs. |
| Role |
1-Handling communication with the outside counsel network in the Middle East and North Africa.
2-Managing and maintaining an updated record of agreements, contracts and legal documents.
3-Proof-reading of standard agreements to ensure compliance with applicable templates.
4-Contract and legal document writing.
5-Processing invoices related to outside counsel fees.
6-Monitoring Compliance training and submitting regular reports on such training.
7-Keeping a record of legal opinions, whether internal or by outside counsel, and advising the business in similar cases in light of the said opinions.
8-Participating in Compliance investigation interviews, preparing written statements and following up on required actions.
9-Managing services provided by other departments within 3M Gulf and other subsidiaries, such as legalization of documents.
10-Providing support as needed in IP matters.

| Requirements |
1-University Degree in law.
2-Proficiency in English and French – Arabic is an asset.
3-Communication, organization and management skills.
4-Attention to details and proof reading skills.
5-3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position with in a multinational corporation is an asset – preference for candidates with US multinational corporations background.
6-Computer Skills.
